End User License Agreement

SmartSide for iOS is licensed, not sold. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, your license to the application is Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That agreement is between you and Apple for the app binary. SmartSide does not replace it with a custom license.

The SmartSide service — accounts, research, and subscriptions — is also covered by the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

• Pro in the iOS app is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or annual, at the price shown on the subscription screen.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm Subscribe with App Store.
• The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• A free trial, when the subscription screen shows one, converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. The length on that screen is the length that applies.
• Restore Purchases puts an active Apple subscription back on the SmartSide account you are signed in to.
• Redeem Code opens Apple's offer-code sheet when the installed app supports it.
• On the United States App Store only, Continue can start a subscription billed by SmartSide (Stripe) in the browser. That purchase is not an App Store purchase. It follows the Terms of Service, and it is not offered on any other storefront.

What the app is

SmartSide is sports analytics and research. It does not accept wagers, hold a betting balance, or place a bet for you. Odds and model output can be wrong. You are responsible for any bet you place with a licensed sportsbook outside the app.
